"Not a lot to choose from"
I was hoping to grab a few different hot dogs and load up on toppings, but the selection was limited, at least when I checked. A couple of the things I wanted were out of stock, and some stuff I expected to see just wasn’t there. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, totally possible — but it was still kind of frustrating, and I ended up buying way less than I planned.

"Misleading wording and no response"
The wording made it sound like someone would actually get back to me, but that never happened. I reached out and just never heard anything from anyone, which was really frustrating.

"Shipping took way longer than advertised"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very helpful. The wording around the shipping time felt misleading, because it made it seem like I’d get it much sooner. I didn’t feel like I could rely on the estimated delivery time at all.

It was fresh enough and tasted fine. The packaging was just okay tho, not bad but could of been better.

"Didn’t really taste like Chicago to me"
I grow up eating Chicago dogs, so I was hoping this would bring back that same flavor, but it just didn’t. It tastes kinda flat and wasn’t like the ones I remember getting from the stands back home. Maybe other people will liked it, but for me it was missing that real Chicago taste by a lot. I was disappointed.

"Way too pricey compared to similar spots"
This place felt way more expensive than other places in the area, and the portions didn’t really back it up. I don’t mind paying a bit more if the food feels worth it, but compared to what you get at similar spots, this just didn’t do it for me

"I tried ordering from viennabeef.com it..."
I tried ordering from viennabeef.com it was kind of a mess. The checkout wasn’t smooth, the updates came in slowly, and I kept having to check on the order myself because I didn’t really trust the vague, polished “we’re working on it” type messages. It just felt like one of those sites where the company language sounds nice but doesn’t actually tell you much. Not a great first experience, and I doubt I’ll order again.

"Wasn’t a fan of the taste"
I picked these up for a quick dinner after a long day because I didn’t feel like cooking anything complicated, and they just didn’t do it for me. The hot dogs tasted bland, and the texture felt a little off in a way I couldn’t get past. For the price, I was expecting them to be better quality. I probably wouldn’t buy them again.
